The printer is able to print images at 300 dots per inch and special digital processing is built into the Ezy I-D software to produce a very clear and recognisable image.
Web page limitations prevent us from displaying an entire card at the actual resolution, but the sample photo illustrated on the right gives a good idea of the quality to be expected from photographs.
Print Quality & Performance
The Ezy I-D printer is a monochrome printer which uses a roll of inexpensive black dye ribbon to print a complete ID card in about 15 seconds. Other colors available include red, blue and yellow, as well as metallic silver and gold.
Cards can be any color. White is the most economical, but we also have available a range of marble pattern cards, including blue and orange, in both portrait and landscape formats.
