Please note that there are two separate Ezy I-D Affiliate Programs, one operating in US Dollars under the www.ezyi-d.com domain, and one operating in UK Pounds under the www.ezyi-d.co.uk domain. Please ensure that you join the most appropriate scheme for your target audience.

Affiliate begins earning commissions on affiliate's sales starting on all Ezy I-D sales made by clicking through affiliate's banner(s). The commission rate is 12½% on all sales made within 30 return days of the click-through. The minimum threshold for payment is $100.00. Payment will be made in US Dollars or UK Pounds.

Please note that our Account Tracking system will show the TOTAL amount of your sales, including Tax and Shipping. Actual commissions will be paid on Net sales. This is a software issue which we are working on.

We reserve the right to not pay you if you do not meet our standards of participation in the referral network program. We reserve the right to refuse acceptance of persons or entities into the program that we deem inappropriate, such as websites with adult content or illegal subject matter for example. Payment terms for referral network commissions are within 60 days. We reserve the right to modify the Commission Rate without prior notice.

ID Simple inc. reserves the right to discontinue our Referral Network, known as the Ezy I-D Referral Network at any time without prior notice, including but not limited to any outstanding commissions owed to the User.

The Terms and Conditions represent the entire agreement between ID Simple inc. and the User regarding the Website. ID Simple inc. reserves the right, without liability, in its sole discretion and at any time, to modify or discontinue the Website; limit, terminate or suspend User's access to the Website; and make changes to the Terms and Conditions. Any clause declared invalid shall be deleted and not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

The Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, as applied to contracts executed and performed wholly within that state by residence thereof. Users accessing this Website do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, ordinances or regulations, if and to the extent applicable.
